BODY WEIGHT

WORKOUT DESCRIPTION

The Debofit Bodyweight Training Workout consists of using only your body weight for each exercise, therefore no equipment. There are a total of 18 exercises of 25 seconds each with a 5 second rest between each exercise. Be prepared to sweat, work hard and burn major calories!

SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS

For beginners, I suggest working your way up to the 18 exercises – perhaps begin with 6 exercises. For the more advanced, feel free to repeat the workout 2 to 3 times! Don’t forget to warm up before doing this workout.

CORE

WORKOUT DESCRIPTION

The Debofit Core Workout consists of 3 rounds of intense abdominal work with no pauses, only transitions from one exercise to the next! This short, intense and effective workout is recommended after a warm up.

SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS

For beginners, I suggest to pause the video between rounds for a short 30 second to 1 minute pause. For the more advanced, feel free to repeat the workout 2 to 3 times!

HIIT

WORKOUT DESCRIPTION

The Debofit HIIT Workout consists of 5 rounds of high intensity interval training with short “rests” between each high intensity exercise consisting of core and abdominal work. This workout will increase your heart rate and your endurance as well as strengthen your core and abs!

SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS

For beginners, I suggest to pause the video between the high intensity rounds for a short 30 second to 1 minute pause. Beginners can also replace the core/abdominal “rest” between the high intensity exercises with pauses. For the more advanced, feel free to repeat the workout 2 to 3 times! Don’t forget to warm up before doing this workout.

RESISTANCE

WORKOUT DESCRIPTION

The Debofit Resistance Band Workout uses resistance bands as a form of strength training. This workout is a full body workout, focusing on cardio, the upper body and the lower body. Recommended resistance bands are: SlingShot, GoFit and Perform Better (all of which you can find on Amazon).

SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS

For beginners, I suggest doing the workout without resistance bands and then working your way up to using them for each part of the workout. For the more advanced, feel free to repeat the exercises 2 to 3 times! Don’t forget to warm up before doing this workout.

STRENGTH

WORKOUT DESCRIPTION

The Debofit Strength Training Workout uses dumbbells with a full body, upper and lower body and core workout! There are 12 exercises of 35 seconds each with a 10 second rest between each exercise.

SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS

Beginners may wish to start with lighter weights, such as 2 lb. weights, while the more advanced may wish to use 6 lb. weights or even heavier!Don’t forget to warm up before doing this workout.
