We all lead busy lives.  I know, I am an attorney with a demanding career and have raised two children.  Through trial and error (no pun intended), I have learned how to be in the best shape of my life, while balancing career and family and growing older! I am also a certified Pilates instructor, former ballet dancer and have taught all types of fitness classes for many years.  I am so excited to be able to share my passion with you!

Why try my workout programs?

Because if you put in the short amount of time, you will be in better shape and will be a happier person! I have learned that shorter, more intense workouts have made me in the best shape of my life. No need to go to the gym, invest in expensive equipment or a personal trainer. You just need to be dedicated to your health and fitness. You need to make health an important part of your lifestyle. Once you are fit, you will be a happier person! Doesn’t everyone want to be happy?
